Confused by a line of a sitcom.
I'm watching a old sitcom called The Golden Girls. There's a line I can't understand.
Sophia answers the door and find two men look the same, she says:"Hello. Tell me, how many of me do you see?"
The one of two men says:"We're twins.", and another one says:"We're here to see Blanche."
Sophia says:"So she's taking vitamins again."
Why did Sophia say "she's taking vitamins again."?
