I am regret for/at/on something As the question states, which preposition should i use after regret? e.g. I am regret for/at/on what i have done. Many thanks.

We don't say "I am regret" we say "I regret" doing something. No preposition needed, present continuous verb for what you regret is though. Examples: I regret saying that. I regret doing such a thing.
