1) 니가 여기 없었 으면 좋겠다 = not polite
2) 당신이 여기 없었 으면 좋겠네요 = still not polite, but in the polite form (a suggestion)
Here, the verb "to wish" is not directly translated. I opted to use the turn of phrase, "it would be good if". I guess you can express your wish as the following, but it does not seem natural to me :
내 소원은 네가 여기 없을 거라는거야 (familiar)

It would be nice if you weren't here.
I would prefer you not being here.
"gtfo"
NY slang "Get atta hea" (get out of here)
Get lost.
You being here is akin to a glass shard puncturing my soul.
You. Go. Now.
I like it better when you aren't here.
I can't stand it when you are around.
etc.
Hope it helps! :)

1. 넌 여기 있을 사람이 아닌 것 같아.
2. 난 너 좀 안 봤으면 좋겠다.
3. 내 눈앞에서 좀 가 줄래?
Litterally: 난 네가 여기 없었으면 좋겠어.
