As everybody already told you it means quickly but what pispas mens it´s like a sound "pis!! pas!!! it is a way to say that one thing was done before that sound ended. for example: man!! that guy finished the exam "en un pispas" before I even realize it

By the way, I found the phrase easily on Google by searching just for the phrase "un pispas" within quotation marks, but I found that the word has an accent mark on the last syllable (pispás).
