Run into someone
It mean you meet someone you know when you are not expecting, right?

It doesn't have to mean that you know them, but often does.
For example, "While I was out last night I ran into someone from London". In this sense it suggests something serendipitous or fortunate.

Hi
Yes, for example:
I ran into my friend yesterday when I was shopping. I haven't seen him for many years!
