What is different "comparison" and "contrast"?
I can't understand "comparison" and "coutrast".
What is different? Is that same meaning?

Considering something similar or of equal quality to something else.( Comparison )
An obvious difference between two or more things.( Contrast )
Comparison means to see the similarity and contrast means to see the difference.

To contrast: to note the differences between two things.
To compare: to note the similarities between two things.

When you are instructed to "compare and contrast" two objects, people or situations, the instructor wants you to discuss the similarities (to compare) and the differences (to contrast).
