is or was?
When I want to describe a passed away person, should I use is or was?
For example
She is or was a nice person?
Thanks！When people say she's a nice person, 's means was, right?

you have to use was because the person has gone.
people do say "is" but that's only because they are having difficulty accepting the death of a person.
