would be likely/unlikely to do something
SENTENCES:
1. If she [HADN'T DECIDED] yesterday that she would stay at home until the end of the week, she [WOULD BE LIKELY TO COME] here tomorrow.
2. If you [HAD INSULTED] your boss yesterday, you [WOULD BE UNLIKELY TO GET] a promotion next month.
QUESTION:
Do the tenses in capital letters work in my sentences?

I think the following are more natural: 1. HADN'T DECIDED- she would probably have come tomorrow . 2. HAD INSULTED- you would probaby have eliminated your chance of receiving a promotion next month.
If you want to keep your words: 1. Would likely have come 2. Would have been unlikely to receive

[would likely come]
[Would unlikely get]
Simplify your sentences and you get the same meaning in a much more natural structure. If you really want to use the verb "to be" you would have to use [would likely be coming] and [would unlikely be getting]. The other verbs are correct.
