Is it too hard to get a speaking partner?
Had high hopes that I would get someone to talk with and improve my English speaking. But the plan is not working so far. I thought people were keen to help each other on this platform as everyone is pursuing the same learning goal though the language may differ. I am new to this platform. What is the best way to get a speaking partner? BTW, am I being impatient?

you do need patience.  Keep advertising your interest in finding a partner.  I waited almost a month before someone responded to me.  I posted an entry every day until someone responded. But as Gary and Alexis say, it might be difficult until you find someone who wants to learn Bengali.
