I know when we order food at restaurants but don't want to eat over there, we could say "I want.."
I know when we order food at restaurants but don't want to eat over there, we could say "I want xxx to go" and this order could be referred as "takeaway" or "takeout". My question is what if we order by phone, how should we say to that person on the side of phone, and what is this referred as? Delivery?

Restaurants might have a choice of “delivery” or “pick-up/to go”.
I’d like a double order of Kung Pao chicken to go. Can I pick it up in 20 minutes?
Sure. Pay for it when you get here. What’s the name on the order?
I’d like to order delivery. Two orders of Kung Pao chicken, please.
Sure. What’s your name and phone number? (Your address would be accessible with that information if you’ve ordered from them before)
On 2412 Geary? OK. It will be about 45 minutes.
Great. Thanks.

Well.. I am not an English native speaker, but I think that if you're ordering food through a phone, is a delivery automatically. In my opinion, you should just say "I want xxx, I will pay with a debit card" for example
