Hola! Busco un traducción de este frase famoso de Juan Gabriel. Es algo como "They say what you see you don't ask about, kid"...pero esa me suena un poco raro. Alguien me puede explicarla mejor?

yes, "they say; don't ask when you can already see (it), kid" (so, don't ask about obvious, clear things)

It's quite literally "you shouldn't ask if you can already see" meaning that asking questions whose answer you know beforehand is stupid / frivolous / morbid.
