1: is correct.
2: A taxi was called by her for me. (Or Jennifer's version)
3: As Jennifer said, this sounds more like she was using 'taxi' as your name. It's technically correct, but confusing.
This isn't a very helpful exercise. Although you _can_ put it in passive form, it is not something someone would ever say.

"She called me a taxi." = perfect!
"A taxi was called me by her." = "a taxi was called FOR me by her", however, this is never naturally used.
'I was called a taxi by her." = although grammatically perfect, the nuance of this sentence sounds like she changed your name from "Seul" to "taxi", which would make no sense.
This kind of sentence usually uses an adjective to imply a bad meaning, for example "I was called greedy by her".

1: Correct.
2: A taxi called for me by her.
3: I would rather say " She called a taxi for me"

She called me a taxi is correct.
A taxi was called FOR me by her. (isn't really used)
The third sentence sounds like you are being called "taxi" instead of "Seul" ;)
