find difficult? Not by itself.
I find it difficult to do something. I find it difficult to do math when I'm drunk.
feel difficult? Not by itself.
I feel that it's difficult to do something. I feel that it's difficult to make friends online.
You could say "I'm feeling difficult right now" but it is colloquial. (I don't want to be agreeable. I don't like them and I'm not going to go along with them.)

Find difficult exists in English.
it means
1 it is difficult for your in a physical or mental capacity
2 it is difficult for you at/on/in an emotional or psychological level
They can mean the same but feels difficult is more often used when talking about items in number 2 emotional psychological areas.

I think this/that is difficult.
