I'm looking for a good Arabic dictionary
1. I'm looking for a good online Arabic-English dictionary (Arabic-Russian is also appreciated) that recognizes the word "as it is" and shows it by its parts. I mean it can determine and show that و at the beginning of a word, in this case, is a root letter and in another case is "and" etc.(I'm familiar with aratools.com but I have an issue with it)

2. Arabic-Arabic dictionary with a simple explanation (So I wouldn't have to use another dictionary to get the explanation :)

The dictionary 'Almaany.com' helped me so far as it compiled almost all prevalent and modern terms and expressions not only in English but also in most other prominent languages.

It also has the 'Arabic-Arabic dictionary' that explains the definition of each word and its nuances, which enables you easily to pick up the idea.
