¡Hola! ¿Cómo estás? (hello! how are you?) or  ¡Hola! ¿Qué tal? (hello! what's up?) you can reply with "muy bien! ¿Y tú?" (very well, and you?) :)

Hello Jess, For Hello you could also use "qué hubo?" ,but it is used rather in Mexico and Chile.
