영어, it means, "Do you know those special moments that you don't want to forget? Right now, is like that moment."
한국어, "언제 사귀는 거 하면... 이 특별 순간들은 당신들 있고 잊고 싶지 않아요 알지? 지금 그거처럼이에요."
Y'know = "Do you know that also? Do you agree? Have you done that too?" This word asks for a response, but in some cases you don't have to. 그리고, 그 단어는 "Y'know" 언제 말하면 이렇게, "알지?"라고 "이잖아..."라고 말이에요. ^^
Let me know if this helps. :)

The sentence itself is a little confusing because of the way it's written but it is saying that:
In a relationship, you have lots of great moments that you will remember forever.
or
In a relationship, you will have lots of important memories you will never forget.
Hope this helps!

That's not exactly correct. The first sentence is describing how in a relationship, sometimes there are moments that we recognize are very important and that we will remember forever. So, for example, it might be talking about the first kiss, or the first time you meet your partner's parents.
The second sentence then specifies this to say that with this person, Aurora, every moment in the relationship feels that important and significant.
Let me know if that makes sense.
