How to pronounce consonant ㄹ and vowel in Korean?
In Korean, I realize that in some cases, when the consonant ㄹ stands at position 받침 combined with the vowel behind it (such as 아, 이, 여 ...), we have to add the consonant ㄹ to this vowel and the consonant ㄹ will then not be read as "r", but will be "l". For example:
줄 알아요 [줄 라아요]
[jur-la-ra-jo]
할 일이 [할 리리]
[har-li-ri]
서울역 [서울력]
[so-ur-lyok]
I want to ask whether this pronunciation principle between the consonant ㄹ and the vowel after it is applicable to which vowels and under which circumstances? Can you give me more information about the pronunciation rules of Korean? Thank you!

It depends on the part of speech of the vowel started word.
When the part of speech is
postpositional particle(조사)
word ending(어미)
suffix(접미사)
ㄹ -> r
e.g.
말을 해요. << 말 + 을(particle) [마를]
동물이에요. << 동물 + 이다(word ending) [동무리에요]
When the other cases like noun, adjective, adverb ...
ㄹ -> l + r
e.g.
줄 알아요. << 줄 + 알다(verb)[줄랄다]
할 일이 << 할 + 일(noun)[할릴]
In compound word,
If the each element is independent word,
ㄹ -> l + r
e.g.
서울역 << 서울 + 역 [서울녁] -> [서울력]
If the each element is not independent word,
ㄹ -> r
e.g.
촬영 [촤령]
재활용 [재화룡]

To JM Ryu
I wouldn't say that 서울역 is a really special case. There are plenty of cases like this I'm sure.
서울역 is 서울-역
1) 서울역 > [서울녁] 니은 첨가
2) [서울녁] > [서울력] 유음화

Actually you are half wrong and half right.
줄 알아요 [줄 라아요]
[jur-la-ra-jo]
-> 줄 아라요 jur ah ra yo
할 일이 [할 리리]
[har-li-ri]
-> 할 이리 har yi ri
서울역 [서울력]
[so-ur-lyok]
-> correct (exceptional case)
In most cases,
Think of “ㅇ” as a blank space.
That s why ㄹ is replaced in the space of ㅇ when ㅇ is following after.
서울역( pronunciation: 서울력) is an exceptional case cause 서울 itself is a special noun which means the capital of Korea
