If I dialed a wrong number, and I were the one to say sorry, what should I say? If the other side there found out I have the wrong number first, what usually do they say?

I would say "sorry, I think I have the wrong number" and hang up.

The receiver would say something like "Ummm, I think you have the wrong number."  You could say "sorry about that" and hang up, or "sorry to bother you" (a little more polite).

You: 'Sorry, I've dialled the wrong number' 
The other person: 'I think you have the wrong number. What number did you want?'

"Oh sorry.  I got the wrong number"  or, "Oh sorry, I have the wrong number."   More and more the verb "to get" is replacing the verb "to have".  Welcome to American English!

The other side might say "I think you have the wrong number." You might say, "Oh, I dialed the wrong number by mistake, sorry about that"
