Can I use "Jump off! / Jump down! / Jump up! / Jump over!" as command sentences?
1 If I want to tell someone get off a bus --> Jump off!
2 If I want to tell someone jump down a table --> Jump down!
3 If I want to tell someone jump up a chair -->.Jump up!
4 If I want to tell someone jump over a hold --> Jump over!
5 If I want to tell someone jump out (of) the window. --> Jump out!

1. Jump off is not commonly used in this instance. "Hop off/on a bus" is more common.
2. Your grammar here - "jump down FROM a table" the from* is very important:) Yes, jump down is okay, but if you are a parent you would probably simply say "come down/come down from there!" If you are a friend who is amused you would say "jump off!" Because its entertaining to see someone jump down from a table.
3. Jump on a chair is more common. Jump up is usually used for very high distances
4. Jump over a hold? Or a whole? Which do you mean? Simply jump! Can be used. "Jump over" is used in the sentence, "jump over the puddle!"
