拿somebody没办法 表示: When somebody have some bad habit which he or she don't will to reform or when somebody insist on doing something no need to do or wrong to do,we can say"拿he or she没办法". So "拿somebody没办法" can express "have had enough of somebody's behavior. example:1.他坚持要那样做，我真拿他没办法。 2.他死活不肯戒烟，我真拿他没办法。 Also there is"拿something没办法",but it is not used so frequently as the former. means u have nothing to do with sb. if sb. insists on doing sth, u dont want to him to do it, and u find its hard and hopeless to change his mind. then u can say "真拿你没办法”。 when saying this, u mean u give up persuading him to change his mind.

i think it means that you can do nothing about it .

You ask sb not to do sth,but he still do it.You have no way out. I think the phrase sometimes indicate the feeling of favor.
