They are basically the same, and can be used interchangeably.

Hello Mody,
Many times they are synonyms as previously mentioned, when they mean to tease, behave or speak deceptively for fun.
However sometimes 'to kid' means to delude or fool oneself into believing something and here the meaning differs from 'to joke' as in :
" Don't kid yourself into believing that."

It's the same, but I use "joking" when I said something to make you laugh and "kidding" when I have said something unseriously like " you are such an idiot... just kidding! ..." I know both expressions means the same thing but I guess I got used to talk that way... =)

It is same. but maybe different between teasing and kidding..
