Are these two phrases the same? "in der Uni" and "an der Uni". Thanks for your help:)

Ich bin an der Uni = I'm at university (I'm a university student). Ich bin in der Uni = I'm at THE university (in the university grounds)

They are not equal. "in der Uni" = inside the universities buildings "an der Uni" = at the university (much more common)
