외모.. if you want to focus on someone's face or someone's look. 1.외모가 좋다면 취직에 좋다. (if 외모 is good, you have a benefit to apply for a company.) 외양... is not typically used in conversation. 외관 is generally used for exterior of a building or.. some objects. 1. 저 건물의 외관은 정말 화려하다. (the 외관 of that building is great) 모양 is the same the word "shape".

They are similar in meanings with subtle differences in usages. 외모 - this is a typical word used to describe 'the physical look of a person' often used to contrast with 'the inside of the person' 외양 - this is interchangeable with 외모, although 외모 is used more often than this word 외관 - this is often used for "the look of an object", emphasizing the outside of the object compared with the inside. 모양 - this is a very generic term for 'shape'. There is a Korean colloquium "모양내다" which means "to adorn oneself."
