Is there a girl that likes you? >> ¿Hay una chica a la que le gustas (tú)?
Is there a girl you like? >> ¿Hay una chica que te gusta (a ti)?
The words beween brackets can be omitted if things are clear enough.
Be careful about what the subject of the verb 'gustar' is. It doesn't work the same way in English.

It would be: Hay una chica que te gusta? but this sounds strange
We use the next sentence instead of that: "Te gusta alguna chica?" or "Hay alguna chica que te guste?"
