Jiangxiang latte and maotai ice cream 酱香拿铁和茅台冰淇淋 Maotai is a famous brand of Chinese wine/liquor. Jiangxiang is a flavor of Maotai. Maotai is very expensive. I noticed that some coffee shops and ice cream shops have rolled out some new products. They added some maotai wine/liquor into coffee and ice cream. Because I don't like white wine(liquor), so I don't have any urge to try them. For me, all white wines, are kinds of alcohol or hard liquor. I think 白酒 is usually translated as "liquor" and not "white wine," even though 白 is white. I don't think Maotai is made of grapes, so maybe it's a premium or luxury brand liquor.
