This is my technique based on my experience 1.watching YouTube "interview ask random question turn on the English subtitles, figure out the new vocabulary, 2.listening podcast just listened what they say to make yourself familiar with they accent, 3.forget about what the meaning when you want to speak in your target language if focus the meaning you will less focus, 4.reading the news, article or the story maybe there's some word you remembering from that story just say it even just random word you remembering this is help to express yourself what on your mind. 5.record the video and speak on front camera confident is number one even you speak like robot to much pauses,trust me you will be proud see you self speak the language you learn I hope you like it my technique
