What qualities do you think two people should have to be language partners?

A healthy change I'm working on is to stop drinking coffee. It cost me some headache the first week, but I could survive. I thought about substituting coffee for another hot drink. I chose some of my favorite flavors, then I created a cinnamon tea with oat milk. It's  a hot and delicious drink I enjoy every morning since I stopped drinking coffee.

Learning another language is very fun! It's a brain challenge that not always is easy to keep it in mind. Sometimes at the time I need it or when I'm in front of a native person I just forget it.... A language is a sea of words, phrases, and expressions to handle. However, it's really nice to learn a new language, because open a door to know more about other culture, meet people and see the world with a different point of view. The most you practice, the most you'll get.

In my opinion electric vehicles are a good option for all of as. We can take care of the environment, and also it can be at cheaper cost. If we use energy from the sun to produce electricity, it would be almost free transportation. So, I think it is smart!

THE SECRET TO LEARN A NEW LANGUAGE. There are multiple ways to learn a new language, for example speak the target language from the first day with native speakers.Choose random friends on any social media. Some people start imitating the sounds of the language, others focus on the grammar. Listen to podcast, read books. Etc. It doesn't matter how many mistakes you make. However there are four secrets to follow: 1.Enjoyment : Find how that language that you are learning can be motivating to you. 2. Methods: Writing, reading, listening and talking. 3. System: Make time daily to learn and practice. 4. Patience: Learning another language takes months or years. Each person has their own way to learn a new language. The thing in common is to enjoy the process of learning.

Penguins at the museum. 🐧🐧 Nowadays days many people are suffering anxiety and stress about being in lockdown at their homes, however animals in the zoo are facing stress too. They are feeling lonely about not seeing people around. That's why the director of a zoo and the manager of a New York museum agree to bring couple of penguins to the museum to see their reaction and get them out of their regular environment for awhile. Penguins reaction was curious, walking and looking around. Some of them stop and see the paintings on the walls. They seem interesting and so cute appreciating art. This was the adventure for those little penguins. In my opinion this is a good time to try new things and take care of ourself. 🐧🐧

Dia de Muertos.
Hola a todos. Hoy quiero compartir un poco de mi cultura Mexicana. El día de muertos se celebra en México el 2 de Noviembre es tradición armar altares para los familiares fallecidos o personas que formaron parte de la historia, así como políticos, maestros y personas que fueron importantes en la comunidad.
Estos altares se decoran con recortes de papel maché coloridos, calaveras de azúcar, el tradicional pan de muerto, flores y los platillos tradicionales que el difunto disfrutaba en vida. Se coloca una foto ovarias de las personas a conmemorar y en muchos lugares como escuelas o lugares públicos se hacen concursos del mejor altar.
Es un día de fiesta y alegría, donde se cree que de esta manera, se mantendrá vivo el recuerdo de aquellas personas que formaron parte de nuestras vida.
Una película que te recomiendo ver en Español es la película de Coco, una manera divertida de conocer un poco más sobre esta tradición.

5 Things to Reprogram your Subconscious Mind.
The subconscious mind is 95% to 99% powerful than the conscious mind, for that reason, we should reprogram our brain before going to sleep every night. Check this 5 recommendations to ensure your success in life:

1) MAKE A PLAN. Think of the things you'll need to do for the next day, set up an alarm, and wake up thinking of your specific activities for the next day.
2)Write and read a note about your personal goals. Our subconscious mind works by repetition, that's why we have to visualize and replay it many times.
3)GRATITUDE. Do not sleep thinking on what you did wrong, instead be thankful for all you have or received during the day. Say thank you to a friend or family member before going to bed.
4)ASK YOURSELF FOR ANSWERS. When you have a challenge ask yourself, what you can do to resolve that problem?, but do not wait for a quikly answer, just ask yourself and think about other options you have. Don't worry, your subconscious mind is working 24 hours a day, and you'll have the answer soon.
5)HYPNOTHERAPY. You could listen or watch videos about your purposes or goals.

You don't have to do all this five, at least try to do one or two of them, and you'll see the results in your life. Remember, success is not achieved in one day, it takes time, days, months or even years. The key is: Perseverance and you'll build a powerful mindset.
