I'm a middle school English language teacher in both public and private schools since 2016. I taught French for more than 3 years in middle and high school as a temporary teacher. My career in teaching English as a foreign language started by receiving one year of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) provided by the Algerian Ministry Of Education, I've learned how to be a successful teacher (Methodology, ethics…etc). Today, I'm a full-time teacher responsible for 260 pupils aged between 11-16 years. Also, I'm assigned to teach French as an additional subject. My passion for the teaching profession came as a result of being influenced by my father's previous profession.レッスン形式・教え方
My method gives huge importance for the treatment of individual differences, i.e; I focus on all different learning styles known by the acronym: VAKT (Visual-Auditory- Kinesthetic -Tactile). Moreover, my way of teaching most of the time is based on the application of Authentic input and output. I give my learners opportunities to interact as much as possible with me and with their peers. Also, I give feedback to each one of my learners to inform him/her about weaknesses and strengths. I organize challenge activities to create a positive and motivational learning environment. I always put in my mind two facts " Everyone has the right to learn, Everyone is capable to learn."教材
