She is the best for both the General French and the DELF preparation! As for the General French, over 4 years my learning experience has evolved thanks to her approach to tailor the lessons. I learn French for a professional objective, and my situation has changed: the language level, the responsibilities on the job, and the context of the work. Accordingly, she has constantly adapted materials and methods. That has developed my skill in an organic way. In terms of DELF preparation, she guided me step by step. At the beginning, DELF felt daunting. She began with basics but the guidance did not limit to them: from the grammar to the quality of arguments, from required vocabulary to nuances and precision, from pointing out recurring errors to identifying the areas to develop. By the day of the test, the fear had transformed to confidence. She walked me through the learning journey with a strong engagement and encouragement. That motivated me and consolidated my French. If you decide to have course with Jade, you will have : 1. A personalized plan based on your level and your interests.Jade has prepared a lot of topics such as philosophy, art, Bitcoin ...... 2. Well prepared learning materials in form of PowerPoint relevant to the topic decided with students. Including introduction, texte, vocabulary, videos. 3. Notes of important and new expressions during the class, along with corrections of mistakes. 4. Relevant homework and feedback. She is also available whenever you have questions. :)

Even though I had a challenging day prior to class, Jade was patient and able to cater the lesson to my abilities for the day.

Jade is an extremely encouraging and patient teacher who makes you feel very comfortable learning French. Classes are always clear, enjoyable and full of laughs. She is a great listener which is something I value very much in a teacher, and is willing to adapt and tailor classes to your needs. She'll also track your progress and keep notes (vocabulary, phrases, grammar, etc) from class in a google doc which has been helpful when you need to refer back to it. You'll get homework and review/feedback, and she's very responsive if you have questions outside of class. Classes with Jade have also given me the confidence to speak in French and to keep trying without the fear of failure which is something that I didn't do much of when I was learning the language in school. French can be intimidating at times, but with Jade, you're definitely in good hands. Thanks Jade!

Jade is a great teacher - very friendly, patient, and encouraging. I’m an absolute beginner but I’m still able to learn something new every lesson and have fun doing it. Would highly recommend!
