Today was my fourth lesson with 啓子先生, and as always, she was extremely supportive and easy to talk to. She puts a lot of effort into explaining things in a clear and engaging way, which makes learning both effective and enjoyable. Since I really like kanji, we spent a good part of the lesson learning new vocabulary through discussing words that came up naturally in conversation. I also had plenty of opportunities to speak. Even though I make many mistakes, 啓子先生 creates such a comfortable atmosphere that it’s easy to take risks and keep talking. She corrects important errors gently, without interrupting the flow of conversation. She also remembers my interest in pitch accent and intonation and always gives thoughtful feedback in that area. I always finish her lessons feeling that I’ve learned a lot. I highly recommend booking a lesson with her!

Highly recommended! Today was my second class with Keiko先生. Both lessons were very enjoyable and effective – I was able to speak comfortably, while also learning a lot of new words, and learning nuanced meanings of words I was familiar with.
