My teaching style does not rely too much on textbooks and manuals, but instead places importance on the basics and on customizing lessons to suit each student's learning goals and pace.

Today's lesson was really enjoyable. Sophia is super inspiring as a lady. :) So besides learning Japanese and improving on that aspect, I really appreciate learning anything from her. I enjoyed learning about Indian culture, the incense, and salt. I hope to set out my incense and enjoy it at my kitchen table just like her on 10 minute mornings. And put my salt out when I figure out what salt I will put...
I guess on the more important part, I picked up a lot of new vocabulary and I want to try to implement it!
