I always enjoy our lessons. It's much more than just learning new words and grammar because we also look at HK culture. It's very engaging and fun!

But now I am able to have a short Cantonese conversation about all kinds of daily topics. In this sense, I have reached the survival level as I hope. Alex is really a professional and experienced teacher. And she is super nice. Thank you so much!

The teaching materials are a little confusing. The useful phrases pages have a very unorganized format where some definitions are on the next line, before the term, after the term, or not there at all. In addition, the words are sort of scattered across the pages. In addition, the teacher sort of jumps around the slide for terms which are often in a small font, in which it is very difficult to understand what she is talking about. I would suggest a more organized format for the slides and pages, as well as highlighting the terms with your mouse when talking about them.

Alex always makes the class interesting. She is very encouraging helping my speaking during the session.

Great teacher. Good at adjusting the lesson plan to the needs of the student. I feel that I am improving.
