Trang is a really good teacher! I've only had a couple lessons, but can tell I will learn a lot. Highly recommend to other students!

The teacher was kind, but the lesson felt a bit unstructured and at times less responsive than I’d hoped. A few of my questions went unanswered, even after I repeated them. Everything was typed manually during the lesson, which took time, why not use a template? Foundational elements like vowels, letters, and tones weren’t covered until I specifically asked, and we jumped into basic words like “I/you” without much pronunciation practice. That said, the teacher was very clear, and when I asked for explanations, her answers were solid. Her pronunciation examples were the best I’ve heard so far, and I noticed she was actively shaping and revising a lesson plan during our interaction, not just following a script. That was impressive and showed real attentiveness.

I really like the way my teacher has structured the lessons. We build off of previous weeks but learn new things each lesson as well. I am already able to understand conversations with my family better. ❤️

Excellent teacher!

We spoke about a variety of topics. On some topics I felt very limited in my abilities but in others I felt more confident. She really gives me the chance to try and speak Vietnamese in a real conversation. She facilitates the flow of topics and keeps it enjoyable.
