Jerome French tutor

Fabulous lesson, as always. Jerome is great fun to work with and is one of the smartest people I know. He's an absolute pleasure to work with. I look forward to my time with him every week, a nice little voyage to break up the monotony. He makes being stranded due to Covid so much more enjoyable. Et mon français s'est énormément amélioré aussi!

During my first lesson with Jerome, he proved himself to be not only a great professor but also a funny, personable and warm individual. He was encouraging and asked questions that allowed me to use the range of my knowledge which helped him identify areas which I had weaknesses. This made it both a great learning experience but simultaneously fun which is what any student learning a language hopes for! As I spoke, he took notes which we referenced at the end of class, with him correcting my usage and showing me how to properly deliver those ideas. Jerome took his time explaining both cultural reference points to me as well as grammatical points. He was patient when I had trouble explaining something. During the lesson, we spoke of travel, food, hobbies and work. The conversation never stalled and he is a skilled conversationalist. Lessons with Jérôme are always productive, entertaining and useful. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and focuses on topics that will be most beneficial to reaching your goals in French. Jérôme is not only intelligent, but has a great sense of humor as well. Lessons are consistently fun, and Jérôme is always on time and prepared. I can’t wait to continue learning from him!
