Maria Angeliki

Angie is the best. I started lessons two years ago not knowing anything. Fast forward to today's lesson and we just chatted in Greek for an hour. Of course I'm still learning and had to ask about some words, but I've learned so much! She is so helpful and wonderful!!

Angie is an excellent teacher. She put extra time into preparing for our lesson after messaging me beforehand about my level and goals. Her materials were helpful and professional quality. She was supportive and encouraging. She had good advice about how to learn the language. She speaks and has studied several languages, so she knows the process and challenges of learning a language. I recommend her to anyone who wants to learn Greek!

Angeliki has all the qualities of an exceptional teacher. She has a very good intuition of when I understand something and when I don't, so we can quickly focus our attention to what is important for learning. Angeliki is incredibly patient. Despite my (many, many) mistakes, she takes time to explain, correct and give meaningful feedback on how to improve. Angeliki uses a variety of resources, ranging from dialogues, to songs, to grammar exercises but is adaptable and willing to experiment with ideas and suggestions. She is encouraging, positive and friendly, which makes lessons fun, enjoyable and memorable. Thank you for the great lessons so far. I'm looking forward to more in the future! :)
