I am a native French speaker from Paris, I hold a Master 1 degree in teaching French to foreigners and have 5 years of experience (I know the issues non-French speakers can struggle with!). I'm a calm and patient teacher.
Since I was young, I've liked transmitting and allowing others to discover their potential. I appreciate when teaching isn't static but based on lively learning supports. I have been teaching to various pupils in France and in South America and consider teaching as a stimulating activity! I tailor my classes to each individual. I know that the French language can be quite challenging, and I'll do my best to make your learning experience adapted to your preferences and needs.
My classes are personalized and I expect students to be active. I'm not into the old-fashioned way (in which I was taught English: for instance going through a whole text book, answering by yes or no...).
Making mistakes is part of the learning process and the more you practise the quickest you'll learn!

I have had countless lessons with Clémence over the last couple of years which has helped me enormously in my quest to become truly fluent in French. Last December I successfully passed the DELF B2 exam, and most recently the DALF C1! Not easy when you don't live in a francophone county. I certainly couldn't have done it without her. Her lessons are so rich and engaging, our conversations passionate and meaningful. She works hard to respond to my many many questions and address my weaknesses. I feel very fortunate to have her as my teacher!
