I have over 7 years of experience teaching English online and face-to-face to children and adults, in Vietnam, India, and Mexico, across public and private schools. I hold a TEFL, Kids ESL, and IELTS Teacher certification, plus a degree in Business & Enterprise Management.
I specialise in teaching kids through games, songs, and interactive activities, while also preparing adults for Business English and IELTS. TEFL for 2-10 years Kids - Holy Academy - 2025I recently completed the Teach English as a Foreign Language for 2–10 y.o. Kids (ESL) certificate. This practical course focused on preparing engaging lessons, managing classes, and teaching young learners online and in-person. I use official British Council materials and continuously update my skills to stay current with IELTS standards. I can choose topics that are interesting and close to me. As well we take some grammar topics which are not presented in a boring way. Lessons with Alana help me to develop my confidence in English.
