Her patience, kindness, and sense of humor build trust and confidence, and have helped me finally to speak Italian without so much fear and hesitation. Every lesson has been customized based on my own interests: we've discussed podcasts, songs, films and documentaries, books, articles, and video clips. And played crossword puzzles! I have learned so, so much about the language, the history, and the culture of Italy. Francesca truly has her students' best interests and learning at heart, and I would recommend her to students at any level.
