I like that we can talk about anything without preparing a specific topic in advance. The lessons feel very natural, almost like talking to a friend, but at the same time I still learn a lot. She listens carefully, keeps the conversation going, and gently points out my mistakes in a way that never feels embarrassing or discouraging. I feel very comfortable speaking with her, which is really important for me when learning a language. She helps me build confidence and makes me want to speak more. Emily kindly helped me speak on and on, freely making mistakes and talking on several topics.
