Alice is an amazing teacher! I enjoy every single lesson with her! Her teaching methods are very effective! She incorporates reviews at the end of every chapter of our book. The reviews are in the format of questions, so that when I answer I can use the new vocabulary I learnt. I find that very helpful! She encourages me a lot! Thank you! 非常感谢您！

Alice is one of the best teacher I ever had. I have changed language teachers with other language in italki. But I never changed in Mandarin. Fortunately, I found Alice 1st when learning Mandarin. She really care about my Mandarin learning. As requested by me, she corrects my tones. She helps me with my HSK preparation, make sure I can say out the sentences aloud, send me Quizlets to review what we studied & encourages me to speak in Mandarin. I have seen great improvements is my Mandarin especially. I just passed my HSK 3 just 2 months ago.

Been a student of Alice since 2018 when i first met her when i went to China to study at a language school for 6 weeks. During that time my learning was supercharged. I have been a student of hers online now for almost 5 years. She still brings that skill and preparedness to online lessons. My understanding of the Chinese language I credit almost entirely to her. An excellent teacher who I still look forward to having weekly lessons with even after all these years.

Today we mainly talked about sports and music, while continuing with the HSK4 book. I really enjoy my time with Alice! I am looking forward to my next lesson, as always! 谢谢您！

I'm an intermediate student looking to form new relationships and gain new perspectives along my learning journey. 雅雅老师 is a great fit. She is well prepared for class, asks me excellent questions, is always focused, and very patient. I chose to do classes watching movies together, breaking down the grammar and new language points. Not only am I learning new words, but I also see how they are used in conversation, and then I get to use them in our class, which really helps them stick. I always enjoy our class time.
