My teaching style is patient and kind. I use my varied experience as a software engineer, charity worker and public speaking group leader, along with extensive training in IELTS, a CERT EDI TEFL level 5 certificate, and a native British accent not related to any particular region of Britain to create great learning experiences for my students. I focus on practical skills.

Together, we read through all of my essays word by word and Kate provided valuable suggestions on the adjustments necessary to achieve my target band. This was my last class with Kate, and I must say she is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to explain things like grammatical structures with creative examples and different perspectives, making everything easier to understand. I mainly practiced writing and speaking with her, and she provided excellent tips that are incredibly useful for the IELTS.
