一般的な指導経験は6年、オンライン指導経験は3年です。TESOLの資格を持ち、認定リーダーシップ・トレーナーでもあります。英語に関しては、生徒のニーズや目標に応じて、非常に多角的なアプローチをとっています。生徒を評価するためにオープンな会話をするのが好きで、私たちが取り組むことができると信じていることについてフィードバックを与えることができます。

名詞や動詞の使い方を理解してもらうために、文脈に沿ったアプローチや話題性のあるアプローチをすることもあります。さらに、時制、形容詞、代名詞の正しい使い方を理解してもらうために、ロールプレイを使ったアプローチを行います。また、生徒に新しい単語を教えるために、新しい単語にチャレンジすることもあります。また、発音の練習もしています。教材
