I like to talk to my advanced students about contemporary Italian events, history, customs, dialects and the use of language. We talk about books, films, songs, travels and art. My travel experience and the knowledge of people of all nationalities have helped me a lot in teaching languages because I have developed empathy and listening skills to meet the needs of my students. It started as a great passion and then turned into a profession. I’m a teacher certified by the University for Foreigners of Siena (DITALS Certificate). I have taught in refugee centers to adults from different countries (English-speaking, French-speaking, Arabic-speaking) and with different levels of language. I have had experiences in schools for teenagers and in language workshops for children.
