You can finish learning Hangeul in about 5 classes (2 weeks). 2. Beginner (A1-A2) - Usually consistent students (2 times a week) get to A2 level when they finish 20 classes with me. Which is about 3 months. This level, you can speak present/past/future tense naturally and we can communicate with easy expressions. 3. Intermediate (B1-B2): Now it's time to focus on Sino-Korean words. We will try to expand our expressions - use different speaking grammars that have the same meaning and get the intention of speaking. You will be trained to distinguish which expressions are more appropriate by the situation.

For a year, I assisted them with course registration, introduced school facilities, and provided support to help them settle in smoothly. Additionally, I helped U.S. military personnel stationed in Korea adapt to daily life by teaching them basic Korean expressions and essential survival phrases. Through these experiences, I had the opportunity to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and support them in navigating their new environment.

Passionate certified Korean teacher with years of experience With regard to my prior teaching experience, I've taught Korean on italki since 2021. The proficiency levels of my students range from total beginners to advanced learners. In Korea, I taught students who came as exchange students or for language training. In England, I met people who wanted to learn Korean. This happened at work and at social meetups. I really enjoyed teaching new people my language. In terms of years, it's been about 5 years of teaching. I met students in various places and their needs and goals were all different. As I had lessons tailored to individual students, I taught from basic Korean conversations to high-level Korean language such as presentations and CVs.

I personally taught Australian students when I lived in Australia for a year. They studied Korean for various reasons such as wanting to travel to Korea, being obssessed with K-Pop, having a Korean boyfriend/girlfriend and so on. So whatever your level is or whatever your interest is I'll be doing my best to make our class fun and valuable.
