There are many reasons why someone would like to learn Norwegian, maybe you have relatives living in Norway today, or perhaps your ancestors emigrated from Norway a long time ago? It may also be that you are planning a vacation to Norway so see the wonderful nature and experience the culture of the Vikings! Quite a few people would like to learn Norwegian well in order to get a job in Norway! Based on your goals I will make an individual curriculum that focus on what you need to learn in order to master the Norwegian language at a level that you need to succeed.

Whatever your goals are, I'll do everything I can to help you reach them :) As a teacher, my aim is to encourage you, be patient, and understanding. My main goal is to help you learn a language effectively and at your own pace, while also enjoying the entirety of the process. Having fun is part of learning too :) Still, an important part of mastering any language, is the amount of effort you put in. Not just in terms of the lessons themselves, but the work you do outside them. That could be reading, listening to podcasts or watching TV shows. Just taking lessons will make the road to mastering either Norwegian or English arduous.

I use Norwegian as much as possible in the lessons - even with complete beginners. I create a lot of my own materials that I think are more suitable for online lessons. I also use a lot of native content like videos, tv shows and podcasts because listening is so important and will help you progress much faster. I am flexible and good at adapting to the student's pace. The lesson is for YOU - so tell me where you're at and I follow.
