In 2000 I graduated from Kaluga State Pedagogical University, where I specialized in teaching English and Russian languages. For more than 10 years I worked in news media as a journalist, translator and editor. I'm a book-worm and hope that my true love and deep knowledge of classical and modern English and Russian literature helps me to teach. I completed a course of speech therapy and apply these insights to pronunciation development.

I started teaching as a volunteer during my degree program. Foreign students came to our university to learn Russian. Furthermore, I gave private lessons at my home town. I love to teach my native languages because I find it being very rewarding. I’ve started to give lessons years ago. Since then I’ve discovered a number of particularities in my mother languages I’d never paid attention to as a native speaker. Knowing that Slavic languages can be hard to learn, I try to help my students learn it more efficiently through an understanding of vocabulary and grammar. As a teacher I am flexible and can meet your needs and requirements.
