I am a community tutor with over two years of experience! and 181 students so far. As a foreign language student, I understand the process and difficulties of learning a new language and developing the skills necessary to be able to communicate in another language. Therefore, I am here to help you on this journey of learning a new language in the most fun, relaxed, simple, friendly and comfortable way possible for you to practice and develop your comprehension and communication skills in Portuguese.

Currently, I teach Grade 6 and 7 at a primary school. I've been tutoring Portuguese at the local university since 2009. I've also been a Portuguese examiner/moderator at a South African university since 2013. Privately, I tutor students from Taiwan, China, Ireland, Italy and other countries, and of course, Eswatini (Swaziland). Recently, I taught a beginner's course in Portuguese over a 6 month period to the managing staff of a prominent company in Swaziland. I also edit documents, for instance, language manuals, theses, etc. I do translations from Portuguese to English and vice versa.

My teaching is enriched by my Brazilian roots and life in Germany, bringing a unique cultural perspective to the classroom. I specialize in teaching English and also offer lessons in Portuguese, French, and Spanish. My goal is to create an interactive and supportive environment tailored to each student’s needs.
