I'm a teacher for over 15 years and a life-long learner. I worked as a teacher, an academic coordinator and principal (head of school) I worked with kindergarten students, kids, teenagers, young adults, and adults. Mostly Conversation Practice! Speak it till you make it! As a teacher I always try to figure out what each individual person needs to practice. That is why I like to have a simple conversation the first lesson and ask what the student wants to study and see what level they are in. I always try to make the lesson contents according to the students level. While teaching I always try to make sure my students speaks and expresses themselves as much as possible and I'll always encourage them and also fill in the blanks to give them a little push so they won't be stopping in the middle of the sentence.
