classwork. Essay: young people leaving home very late
Ever since 2008, when the crisis began, in many countries, the statistics show that in many countries Juvenile emancipation has returned to levels of years ago. When will young people move out?. Too many commas! Think of rewording the first sentence. It sounds off to me.
Firstly, It is a fact that a lot of young people try to leave their parents' house when they complete their studies. They decide to work and to live independently. Nevertheless, for example, in Spain for example, two out of four of young people aged below 30 still live at home with their parents.
Secondly, Young people are offered little official aid and are suspicious of the state system. With the latest labor reform it is easier and cheaper for employers to just fire firing people. It is very common to see youngsters young people who move back in with their parents depending on as a result of the the ups and downs of the labor market or a precarious work situation. After several years, some of them are still there. While youngsters is technically correct, it is a slang term used almost exclusively by elderly people, so I would avoid using it.
To sump sum it up, certainly, some of these millennials have part-time jobs, this way, there may not be any alternatives on the horizon and young people will stay at home, like so many others. Not sure what you are trying to say here. This sentence doesn't really make any sense.
Overall, it was a really good attempt. You use a lot of native vernacular and besides some odd phrasings, your grammar is very good. Keep it up and let me know if you have any questions!0 人が投票2018年5月30日1- So this one is a bit strange. During winter in the US (and I am sure many other places) its common to wear more than one garment covering your upper body. For example, on a cold day you might wear a t-shirt, a long sleeved shirt, and a jacket. Each one of these garments is referred to as a "layer". Therefore, in this sentence "the perfect layer" essentially means its a great piece of clothing. Let me know if you need more explanation!0 人が投票2018年5月27日2
My Contacts
Thanks to Italki I expanded the circle of people with whom I communicate far beyond Russia. I like it, because these contacts have made me confident that people are the same wherever you go, as Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder sang. Social conditions, different political systems and racial differences can not transform human nature and human desire for love, development and communication.I feel the same way! I've met many wonderful people on this website and it has offered me endless opportunities to learn about different cultures from all across the world. It truly is a wonderful tool for connecting people.
P.S. Your English is outstanding!!0 人が投票2018年5月26日1- Hi Helen! While I can't give you first hand advice since I have never worked in that position, I can offer some advice. First of all, you are likely to be working with many higher class individuals so its important to always be extremely formal and polite (Always stick to sir/ma'am, etc.). That being said, I think you are on the right track and always smiling and being very respectful will help help you succeed a lot. I wouldn't worry too much about it honestly, you seem very skilled in English and I am sure you'll do great!0 人が投票2018年5月26日1
- This is an English phrase that essentially means that something (usually an event or show) is going to be so great that you are privileged or fortunate to be in attendance. This phrase is often used to introduce acts/events and also used in normal conversation to describe an event. Its frequently used to build excitement and anticipation for events to come in the future. For example, "Ladies and gentleman, tonight you are in for a treat because we have a very special guest tonight..." "Your birthday party is going to be so amazing, you are really in for a treat!"0 人が投票2018年5月26日0
