I am a mild person. I am not strict to students and my children as well. I thought it was O.K. However, a student was not serious in my English lesson and her mom told me to be stricter. To my daughter, for example, I am always nice to her and think good about her no matter good or bad her behaviour is. I think no one is perfect. But yesterday, when she played and procastinated until late when she did her homework, I scold at her and became strict. She got angry at first but she realized her mistake after all. I hope I will be more flexible but love and teach the kids well.
